Rizing HCM has grown with the recent acquisition of Synchrony Global that expands our presence in Asia and ANZ and provides an even deeper level of services for our customers. We’ve been looking for talent to support this growth, and we are happy to announce that Dean Seiff has joined us as Senior Director, Customer Success for APJ.
Dean joins us after 20 years of experience in the HR ecosystem working with organizations in North America, Europe and for the past 5 years in the APJ region. He has worked as a Senior Presales Lead for SAP SuccessFactors on some of the vendor’s largest deals and for the past two years had led the SuccessFactors Partner Center of Excellence organization. Dean now brings that experience in optimizing team performances to Rizing HCM.
In Dean’s role as Senior Director, Customer Success for APJ, he is building a team to help customers optimize their HR transformation journeys. The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors is important to this process, but Dean and his group will be working with you to ensure the people and processes of your organization are ready to transform with the technology. After all, a successful digital transformation is often less about the software itself and more about the people using the software.
At Rizing HCM we work hard, but we also like to have fun. In Dean’s free time, he enjoys traveling the globe and scuba diving. He currently has been to over 75 countries and is always open to suggestions for his next great adventure.
